No. However I show some techniques, sometimes to illustrate the point I am trying to get across.
Yes and No. I recommend you train for at least a couple of months. Why? This course is designed for people who feel they are stuck, or not able to develop their BJJ. This course is also for people who wants to find the marginal gains and improve in a much faster pace.
If you have trained in one or two classes, you may not get the best benefits of this coaching.
No. Definitely not.
No. The goal is not to use your gym as a competition field.
No. Never buy a product that claims to guarantee results in competition. See the product goals for further details.
Of course! I wish I knew this when I started training. You will learn some tools to help you with your leadership skills in this course.
You'll basically learn how to learn, or at least have more ways to learn.
It's never too late to learn, or change your habits.
Not at the beginning. Why? I don’t recommend you to tell anyone you are going to look at behavioral improvements. This is the kind of thing you must show it - not talk about it. I would recommend the same approach at work too.
When you apply this new training style, your instruction will surely notice the changes. Perhaps once you establish the habits, feel free to tell your instructor about it. Make sure you mention that you did NOT enroll in an online gym, neither train with a new instructor. You just found an online coach to help you to figure out your BJJ journey.
